Model Wolfen-Nord
The city reconstruction of Wolfen Nord has been under way since 2000. The foundation of all the different measures is the urbanistic model Wolfen- Nord, which was agreed upon by the city council in September 2000 and updated in 2002. It describes the basic development objectives of the district and its residential premises. Of course this urbanistic concept is dependant on the current development, which is why it is continuously verified and substantiated. The implementation scenarios which arise are settled in what is called an implementation concept (operating concept).
